Nice work on loading the vid! I love it! Now there is no excuse to showcase your every moment in this blog; it's so exciting!
As for the dates/post links, you can edit all of that stuff in the "Layout" menu -> "Blog Archive" menu. That is where you can change the format in which your posts are dated in groups. I like mine sorted by "monthly/year".
If anything I can hook up with you this Sunday if need be =)
